Beverage Supervisor - Casino jobs in Nevada

Job Requirements:

• Hire, guide, delegate, and train beverage teams.
• Schedule for efficiency, customer service and cost controls.
• Maintain proper cost of sales and labor percentages.
• Convey positive energy and enthusiasm focusing on guest interaction and immediately address service issues and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relations skills and ability to market the Property.
• Pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties as needed and be a team player.
• Communicate with all staff and stay informed through meetings and classes.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Will support other dining units and casino beverage operations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a restaurant environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory position, with the ability to lead others.
• General knowledge of casual dining food preparation, presentation and serving procedures
• Basic knowledge of wine, craft beer, liquor, and cocktail service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.

Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
