EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelors degreerequired or at least 3 years experience in benefit administration required. 2. Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, etc. preferred. 3. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Microsoft Word and Excel Skills required
5. Knowledge of Lawson software a plus
