Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. As a member of Mi Familia, you will operate as an independent contractor, enjoying a competitive commission structure. Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable hairstyles

- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and facial grooming

- Stay up-to-date with current hair trends and techniques to offer innovative styles to clients

- Sanitize tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

- Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and maintaining client records

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth barber shop operations

- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Barber with a strong portfolio of previous work

- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Strong communication skills to understand client preferences and provide appropriate recommendations
