What you’ll do:
Consistently awesome, you have an eye for the important details. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have prior experience in a restaurant that’s great, but a stellar personality and the ability to work as a team member are even more important. You should be able to communicate effectively, be comfortable standing for long periods of time, and can lift up to 50 pounds. You are available to work weekends and some holidays.
Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware
Keep the dish machine it clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
Keep the dish room clean and organized, the kitchen floors and dining room hallways mopped, and monitor sanitation buckets and production areas
Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures
