    Job Summary/Basic Function
    The Associate Registrar for Curricular Operations provides strategic direction, program development and assessment for assigned areas. This position maintains primary responsibility for Graduation, Program of Study, Degree Progress, and University Catalog. The Associate Registrar for Curricular Operations supervises the Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Assistant Registrar for Degree Progress. As a member of the Registrar Leadership team, this position serves on committees at the division and institutional level, cross-trains on office duties and completes special projects as assigned. This position is responsible for system maintenance, testing, and enhancements for assigned areas, including frequent collaboration with IT.

    Required Qualifications
    Required:
    • Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Five years full-time higher education experience that includes one year of related supervisory experience
    • Experience working with a student information system, such as Ellucian Banner.

    Preferred Qualifications
    Preferred:
    • Two or more years working in the Registrar Office, specifically in Graduation, Catalog or Degree Audit.
    • Experience supporting the development and implementation of curriculum.
    • High technical fluency, experience working on strategic initiatives and policy implementation, demonstrated commitment to education access and student success at an open-enrollment institution.
    • Bilingual skills, especially Spanish.
