Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Tulsa Property Group. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, assisting with leasing and marketing efforts, handling maintenance requests, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the properties.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with lease agreements and tenant relations
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair
- Familiarity with local regulations and laws pertaining to property management
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred)
