**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our team. The Assistant Controller will assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
**Duties:**
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting activities
- Manage general ledger accounting tasks
- Perform account analysis and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable processes
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure adherence to standards
- Collaborate with the Owner on financial matters
- Utilize accounting software for data management
- Conduct account reconciliations accurately
- Manage daily accounting functions
- Payroll processing
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with IFRS standards
- Excellent skills in budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to perform account reconciliations efficiently
- Experience with various accounting software systems
