Business Operations Specialist
Job Summary:
Grow as a leader and manager when you become our Business Operations Specialist. You will act as the liaison between customers and the business, ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and good relationships are maintained. You will combine your formidable business organization and leadership skills with your ability to provide great customer service. In order to succeed, you will have to be a creative problem solver, driven and self-motivated, checking up with clients and staying on the lookout for chances to build new partnerships and deepen relationships.
Position Summary:
- Interacts with customers primarily through email and phone calls to answer questions, devise customized solutions and price quotes; produce Statement of Work.
- Extracts missing details from Customers in order to propose safe and profitable business solutions.
- Analyze customer specifications to ensure proposed solution meets all stated requirements.

- Maintain professional demeanor with Customers and Team Members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Skilled with Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to read maps and devise efficient delivery routes.
- Proficient in mathematics, ability to multiply and divide fractions and decimals.
- Demonstrated experience working against tight deadlines with accuracy.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends until the job is done.
- Ability and willingness to help other Team Members as needed with tasks that are outside of your normal responsibilities.
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, have a clean driving record and pass random drug tests throughout the year.
- Four-year degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 100 lbs.
This is non-smoking position no smoking on the premises or around the complex will be allowed.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
