Overview
InteLogix is seeking a Recovery Resolution Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will manage incoming calls from customers seeking assistance with past debts, negotiating settlements, or addressing potential fraud cases.
Recovery Resolution Specialists will be responsible for educating customers on debt and credit reporting matters, offering tailored solutions with care through proactive education on consumer rights and best practices, legal risks will be mitigated and optimal outcomes for customers will be achieved.
You will also be responsible for engaging with customers via inbound calls or email to address unpaid debts and credit concerns, taking the appropriate actions and documenting as necessary.
All Recovery Resolution Specialists will undergo four weeks of comprehensive training, including two weeks of classroom learning and two weeks of on the job training.
