These partnerships may involve joint ventures, licensing agreements, technology collaborations, or other forms of strategic alliances to leverage complementary strengths and access new markets. Innovation and R&D: The leader collaborates with the research and development (R&D) teams to drive innovation initiatives that fuel future growth. They identify new product or service opportunities, assess market viability, and work closely with R&D team to develop and launch innovative solutions that meet customer needs and anticipate future demands.
