Salary.com™ Forms a Provider Alliance with Convergys to Offer Enhanced Compensation Outsourced Solutions and Services

Creates stand alone full-service compensation offering through advisory, analytical, and administrative services

(NASDAQ: SLRY), a leading provider of on-demand compensation and talent management solutions, today announced a new alliance to help customers reduce traditional compensation costs and redeploy existing resources to more strategic compensation and talent management initiatives. The alliance leverages Salary.com's market leadership in on-demand compensation management software and Convergys's leadership in outsourced compensation advisory, analytical, and administrative services.
