Salary.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: SLRY), a leading provider of on-demand compensation management solutions, today announced it has received a "Positive" rating in Gartner's "MarketScope for Employee Performance Management Software, 20071" Salary.com was one of 28 vendors evaluated in the report.

Evaluation criteria for inclusion in the MarketScope included marketing strategy, product strategy, business model, product or service, overall viability, sales executive and pricing, and customer experience. Gartner focused on providers that have a broad, cross-industry solution and production proven products in at least one of three major categories, i.e., performance management, succession management and compensation management. Providers had to demonstrate that they possessed at least 25 customers, 15 of which were production customers that are live with more than 1,000 employees in one category.
