Salary.com™ Announces the Release of New Reporting Features in its Executive Compensation Benchmarking Software in Response to New SEC Disclosure Rules

New reports within CompAnalyst Executive™ help customers conduct due diligence of executive and director pay practices more efficiently

(NASDAQ: SLRY), a leading provider of on-demand compensation management solutions, today announced the release of new reporting features within its CompAnalyst Executive™ software to reflect the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) new proxy disclosure rules. These new Executive Compensation Reports provide enhanced analysis of the information provided in the new SEC disclosure format, enabling customers to easily find and benchmark their pay practices against all relevant peer companies.

CompAnalyst Executive is a comprehensive executive compensation database, covering every US publicly traded company. The on-demand software combines robust executive pay and company performance data for over 10,000 public companies and more than 50,000 named executives, with easy-to-use data management and benchmarking tools. It gives users the ability to easily conduct due diligence, benchmark executive pay against relevant peer groups, and tie pay to company performance. The new reports not only give users instant access to critical proxy information that is disclosed in a tabular format, but they also report on information that is buried within company footnotes and other hard to find areas within SEC filings.
