(NASDAQ:SLRY) a leading provider of on-demand compensation management solutions, today announced that the underwriters of its initial public offering have exercised in full their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 855,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price of $10.50 per share. Salary.com sold 349,757 shares and existing stockholders sold 505,243 shares in connection with the exercise of the over-allotment option.
Thomas Weisel Partners LLC will act as sole book runner for the offering and William Blair & Company will act as co-lead manager. Needham & Company, LLC, Wachovia Securities, and Pacific Crest Securities will be co-managers.
