Express Selects Salary.com™ to Strategically Link Employee Performance with Compensation

TalentManager® Streamlines Corporate HR Processes, Improving Employee Review Quality and Succession Planning Practices

(NASDAQ: SLRY), a leading provider of on-demand compensation and talent management solutions, today announced that Express, a multi-channel retail brand with more than 580 stores across the United States, has selected Salary.com’s TalentManager to improve its employee performance review processes, better manage compensation administration and more strategically link employee pay to performance for 3,000 Express employees. In addition, Salary.com’s new Succession Management module will help the Express HR team identify and select internal job candidates based on a combination of requirements, including competencies, performance, readiness, potential and promotability for each position being planned.
