Competency Model

Coaching/self-assessment:

Development planning:

This element outlines the activities that a participant can undertake to gauge proficiency in certain competencies.
Each competency is described in the context of the Holistic Leadership Framework. We outline how each competency fits in different organizations and also cover barriers and derailers for each competency. In addition, we show the relationships to other competencies.
This element also includes suggestions for self study, which includes references to books and other materials. The development activities guide also includes suggestions for development-in-place activities.
Training Curriculum
This element provides a comprehensive overview of the entire training curriculum. Each entry provides and overview of the subject, the workshop objectives and an agenda for the session.
The curriculum maps to the key roles and competencies that are critical to today’s organizations. Each module is divided into 4-hour delivery sessions. The modules are designed to be flexibly combined into courses aligned with client needs, such as 5-day courses for executives, mid-level managers and front line supervisors.
