1. Don't take it personally

        Being rejected doesn't mean you aren't a terrific candidate, or that someone is judging your ability to do the job at hand. It just means there was a candidate who, for any number of reasons, is perceived as a better fit.

Remember that many people never even make it past the resume stage. The fact that you made it to the end shows that you are doing something right.
