Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating unique outdoor spaces. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project.
• Developing creative design concepts and translating them into detailed plans and drawings.
• Conducting site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
• Selecting appropriate materials, plants, and other elements for each project.
• Overseeing the implementation of designs and ensuring their successful completion.
• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in landscape architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other design software.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, plant materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional licensure or pursuing licensure.
• Experience with sustainable design practices.
• Knowledge of GIS software and site analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with local zoning regulations and permitting processes.
