Qualifications

• Experience with commercial and residential construction preferred.

Job Duties

• Reliability is a must
• Clear understanding of grade, slope and drainage as needed
• Working from blueprints and shop drawings
• Setting forms/Stripping Forms
• Installing wire mesh
• Raking subbase or concrete
• Placing concrete
• Skilled at forming sidewalks, floors, wall, etc.
• Quality interior and exterior concrete finishing applications
• Preferred ability to screed, bull/hand float and rebar tying
• Operate bobcats and other machinery

• REQUIREMENTS
• Drivers License is a must with a clean driving record

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs or more of material and equipment
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing
• Frequent use of power and hand tools with awareness of surroundings and safety needs

EXPERIENCE

• Concrete construction work experience preferred
• Concrete form setting experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
