Administrator / Analyst

Accounting and pension services firm in Aliso Viejo is looking to fill multiple positions. Job duties will initially consist of entry level general office administrative duties with opportunities for rapid advancement as training and experience increase. Candidate must be able to follow instructions precisely, work under pressure and communicate effectively. Previous experience in accounting, finance and professional correspondence is a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) is a must.

• Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented.

• Ability to work well in a fast paced environment with time sensitive material.

• Must be willing and able to take direction.

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
