Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, minor carpentry, plumbing and electrical work.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff.

Requirements:

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Proficiency in other trades helpful.
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with staff
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
